Windows Live Mail extension interfaces

Windows Live Mail API exposes the following interfaces.

	ILkContact	ILkContacts is an interface for accessing Contact data from an address book.
	ILkAddressBook	ILkAddressBook is an interface for reading and managing contacts in the address book.
	ILkAddressBookFactory	ILkAddressBookFactory is an interface for accessing installed address books.
